Description

The Parks and Recreation Department has a concession stand at Bell Memorial Park that has been successfully operated by a contract vendor. The duration of that contract will expire on December 31, 2021. The primary focus of this RFP is to hire a firm for continued concession stand operations for the City of Milton Parks and Recreation Department at Bell Memorial Park. It is located at 15245 Bell Park Drive, Milton, GA 30004. The City desires a three year agreement which is renewed annually.

All Offerors must comply with all general and special requirements of the RFP information and instructions enclosed herein.

he City of Milton reserves the right to reject any or all bid/proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Milton.
