Milton, Georgia is a growing community located north of Atlanta with a population of approximately 38,000.

The Parks and Recreation Department has a concession stand at Bell Memorial Park that has been successfully operated by a contract vendor. The duration of that contract will expire on December 31, 2018. The primary focus of this RFP is to hire a firm for continued concession stand operations for the City of Milton Parks and Recreation Department at Bell Memorial Park. It is located at 15245 Bell Park Drive, Milton, GA 30004.

The City of Milton reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Milton.
