RFP 24-PW08 - RFP 24-PW08, Safe Streets for All Grant Implementation

The City of Milton is requesting qualifications and proposals from interested parties to provide supplementary planning and engineering services to support further development of Milton’s Local Road Safey Plan. All qualified proposals will receive consideration without regard to age, handicap, religion, creed or belief, political affiliation, race, color, sex, or national origin.  The City was awarded a grant from the United States Department of Transportation’s Federal Highway Administration (FHWA).  Since Federal funding will be used on this project all Offerors must comply with the Federal requirements listed in the solicitation document.  All federal funding must be spent within 24 months of the grant executed by FHWA.  This RFP will assume that date is June 1, 2026.

The City of Milton reserves the right to reject any or all bid/proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Milton.
