Description

The City of Milton is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide design services on two TSPLOST funded projects and a possible additional project. The City intends to phase the TSPLOST program with multiple batches of projects. All Consultants must comply with all general and special requirements of the RFP information and instructions enclosed herein.

It shall be the Consultant’s responsibility to design, prepare, assemble and coordinate the necessary documents to complete the project. The completed design must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal environmental laws and regulations.

The City of Milton reserves the right to reject any or all bid/proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Milton.
