This is a ground-up construction of an open-air amphitheater stage and attached green rooms. There is a geotechnical report attached to this bid that shows the correct location of the build **Civil Plans are being produced for the actual build site** This is an established location that has access to power, sewage, and water. The location of the build is in an existing Entertainment District located off of I-75 Exit 233 behind Southlake Mall. The sound system bid has already been awarded and will partner with the contractor on hoist system locations and needs for speakers & equipment prior to the advent of construction.

A pre-construction bid and a site visit is recommended.
