22-08/12 - Construction Design-Build Service For Southlake Mall Event & Exhibition Space

The City of Morrow (the “CITY”) is now accepting sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide “design-build” construction management services to construct an event conference space within the Southlake Mall Morrow Center located at 1180 Southlake Circle, Morrow, Georgia 30260. The project scope shall include interior build out of the upper level located behind the Morrow Center (currently separated) for use as an attached but separate event space for the city which shall consist of separable exhibition space(s), restroom facilities, HVAC, mechanical, storage space, and a build out of the lower lever for retail space of up to 35,000 sq. ft. white wall area, drop ceiling, lighting, HVAC, mechanical, and storage space.
