This is a project to replace the missing boardwalk access area and shore up the existing foudnation on sixteen (16) individual retail shops located in an entertainment district adjacetn to I-75. Detailed construction plans, Structural IFC, Geotechnical Reports, and designs are included. The specs call for poured, stamped concrete boardwalk, poured retaining walls, helical piles, and join/corner deatails. These plans are made availible via link to Basecamp.
