The City of South Fulton (the “City”) invites interested vendors to submit Proposals to provide Event Coordination and Management Services for Juneteenth Celebrations. The qualified firms/event planners will coordinate and manage onsite a new City of South Fulton event/festival celebration “Juneteenth” a one-day event/festival at the Wolfe Creek Amphitheatre on June 18, 2022. The event/festival is to include dance, music, other cultural attractions taking place from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Proposals for this Solicitation are due on or before March 31, 2022, at 2:00 pm.
