2022-016 - Johns Homestead Preservation Plan and Construction Documents

The City of Tucker is accepting proposals from qualified architects to develop a preservation plan and construction documents for the rehabilitation/restoration of the historic house and outbuildings at Johns Homestead Park in Tucker, Georgia. Proposals will be considered from any professional firm with experience and success in preparing architectural drawings for historic structures of similar sizes and scope for local governments or private organizations. Addenda and updates to this bid manual will be posted on the City of Tucker website http://tuckerga.gov or may be requested by email  procurement@tuckerga.gov.
