Description

Request for Qualifications: The City of Tucker is seeking landscape architects to consult on design services in an on-demand basis. The City wishes to establish a list of qualified consultants to be utilized on an as needed basis for tasks and studies outside of the capabilities of City staff. The City anticipates areas of service to include but not be limited to:

Master Planning
Site Development
Park Design
Streetscape Improvements
Pedestrian Circulation (sidewalks and bike facilities)
Gateway projects
Green Infrastructure
General Landscape Architectural Design

The term of service will be three fiscal years beginning in July 2019 (FY2020).

Companies should submit a statement of qualifications (SOQ) that describes the Company’s credentials for providing the services listed above. Companies shall not submit teams of different companies but shall be sufficiently qualified to provide consulting services for all required categories. A package that includes a team of companies will not be considered.

SOQ Packages should include at a minimum:

Company Profile;
Resumes of key personnel who will provide the services;
At least three (3) references and contact information for similar work;
E-Verify Contractor Affidavit under O.C.G.A. 13-10-91 (b) (1) –Appendix A, and
Proposed hourly rate fee schedules for the three-year term, beginning in FY2020 (July 2019).
