Additional Bidding Instructions

Please provide a total percentage of Gross Receipts resulting from Food Concession Services as per Attachment A, Scope of Services.

Proponent shall pay the County the total percentage of the revenue (gross receipts) collected as total payment for all services rendered for Food Concession Services. This amount excludes any late fees, all penalties, and any accrued interest, labor, travel, resources, materials, tools, equipment and services required to satisfactorily complete the requested services. The County will not be responsible for any charges not included within this Proposal Cost Form.

Any alternate or optional fee structures shall be submitted on a separate sheet and shall not be submitted in lieu of completing this Proposal Cost Form.
