Mandatory Site Visit: A Site Visit has been scheduled for Wednesday, May 18, 2022, starting at 10:00 A.M., EST., starting at the Police Headquarters located at
7911 N McDonough St, Jonesboro, GA 30236, then at the Battle Creek Warehouse located at 853 Battle Creek Road, Jonesboro, GA 30236, next at the Public Defender’s Office located at 6525 Professional Place, Riverdale, GA 30274, and finally at the Clayton County Health Department located at 685 Forest Parkway, Forest Park, GA 30297 and will be hosted by our staff and responsible person(s). Please register by sending an email to centralservicesbids@claytoncountyga.gov. Attendance at the Site Visit is for Bidders responding to this RFQ. During the Site Visit, the general requirements of the project will be discussed. Any questions raised by potential Bidders will be discussed. Verbal answers to questions during the Site Visit will not be authoritative. Each Bidder must be fully informed regarding all existing and expected conditions and matters which might affect the cost or performance of the Services. It should be emphasized, however, that nothing stated or discussed during the course of this Pre-bid conference shall be considered to modify, alter, or change the requirement of the solicitation documents, unless it shall be subsequently incorporated
