Proponent will furnish all labor, travel, resources, materials, tools, equipment, and services required to satisfactorily complete all things necessary for Public Relation Services. All costs listed in the Proposal Cost Form are inclusive. The County will not be responsible for charges that are not included. Please do not make modifications to this form as any change may render Proponent’s proposal non-responsive. Any alternate or optional fee structures must be submitted on a separate sheet and shall not be submitted in lieu of the Proposal Cost Form.

Hourly rates quoted must remain in effect to project completion. These rates are for informational purposes only and will NOT be used to calculate the cost of services for evaluation purposes.
