Proponent will furnish all labor, travel, resources, materials, tools, equipment, and services required to satisfactorily complete all things necessary for a Zoning Rewrite. All costs listed in the proposal cost are inclusive. The County will not be responsible for changes that are not included. Any alternate or optional fee structures must be submitted on a separate sheet and shall not be
submitted in lieu of Proposal Cost.
Any hourly rates quotes must remain in effect to project completion. These rates are for informational purposes only and will NOT be used to calculate the cost of services for evaluation purposes.
