Description

The Cobb County Transit Division (“CobbLinc”) is soliciting bids from qualified vendors for the purchase, delivery, and installation of bus driver safety barriers for the CobbLinc buses in accordance with the specifications and provisions stated herein.
The County intends to order a minimum of seventy-three (73) barriers; however, the County is under no obligation to purchase any quantities listed. The Unit Cost listed on the bid form shall include all labor and materials, equipment, and appliances to perform the operations necessary to complete the work as required by this Invitation to Bid. Cobb County reserves the right to make additional purchases throughout the year, if needed. Unit cost shall remain firm for one (1) calendar year from the date of award.
