The Cobb County Board of Commissioners (“County”) is soliciting proposals from professional consulting firms (“Consultant”) experienced in conducting comprehensive compensation reviews and updates of classification/pay systems for government agencies. A Classification and Compensation Oversight Committee (“Committee”) has been established to lead the County in this project. The intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to obtain the services of a qualified consulting firm on a contractual basis as detailed herein.
