Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, etc. for the demolition and debris removal of an approximately 10,000 square foot wood constructed residential structure, an approximately 700 square foot wooden outbuilding, removal and safe disposal of all asbestos, grading and grassing. In addition, all asphalt drives and parking spaces shall be removed and the areas stabilized. The demolition and debris removal service and removal of all asbestos shall be bid and awarded as one contract.
