22-6635 - Design & Construction Admin Services for Osborne Recreation/Community Center

Cobb County Government seeks Proposals from qualified firms for Professional Services for the Design, Cost Estimating, Bidding Assistance and Construction Administration Services for the development of Osborne Area Recreation/Community Center to be located at 675 Smyrna Powder Springs Road, SW Marietta, GA 30060.   The site is currently private property and PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS MAY NOT VISIT THE SITE.  The professional services to be performed include, but are not limited to: complete building design, surveying, site and utility design, irrigation design, demolition plan, construction documents, all applicable permitting, cost estimating, coordination with CM-at-Risk, bidding assistance and construction administration.
