22-6633 - Design and Building Services for Renovation of Stormwater Management Division

The Project consists of the review of all final design and permit documents, site preparation and construction of the new building.  Any Owner supplied items will be coordinated through the Contractor and will include Contractor paid utility connections for appliances, etc.  A budget has been established for this project, which includes all items: construction, design, furniture, equipment, etc.  There is no other Owner use budget for this project.
