22-6651 - Electronic Pretrial Monitoring

The Cobb County Sheriff’s Office (“County”), in conjunction with the Cobb County Magistrate Court, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (“Vendor”) to provide electronic pretrial monitoring. This request for proposal will be in accordance with O.C.G.A. 17-96-1.1, Electronic pretrial release and monitoring program for defendants; requirements; procedures; fees. The Vendor must satisfy the mandatory minimum requirements and provide the information contained in the Attachments to have their response evaluated. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the response not being evaluated and being deemed non-responsive.
