21-6597 - Enterprise Video Surveillance and Access Control System

Cobb County Government (“County”) is seeking statements of professional qualifications from experienced and qualified vendors (“Vendor”) to add additional departments/facilities to our enterprise video surveillance and access control systems as well as perform any upgrades required.  The video surveillance and access control systems installed in our facilities are Avigilon Control Center (ACC) versions 6.x and 7.x and Avigilon Access Control Manager (ACM) version 6.6.0.11.  We currently have 624 card readers throughout the county and approximately 1,000 surveillance cameras with 90 NVRs.  It is the County’s goal to continue on this single enterprise video surveillance and access control system platform with a single access card for all facilities.  No minimum or maximum amount of work is guaranteed under this solicitation, and work will be procured on an as-needed basis.
