The Cobb County Water System intends to retain the professional services of a wastewater system flow monitoring services firm to provide reliable, accurate, flow level and rainfall monitoring to CCWS.  The selected Consultant will install, monitor, and maintain a network of 19 permanent wastewater flow level monitors and 5 permanent rain gauges and ensure the quality adn integrity of the data collected.  The permanent flow level monitors and rain gauges shall remain the property of the Consultant.  The selected Consultant shall also provide CCWS with a total of 15 area-velocity flow monitors complete with all hardware and accessories required for installation, for CCWS ownership.
