The County intends to enter into an agreement for the retro-fit, and/or replacement of various HVAC equipment located at the New Cobb County Police Training Facility, 2435 East West Connector, Austell, GA 30106. The Contractor shall be required to provide proof of current registered Georgia Conditioned Air Contractor with a commercial rating. All work must meet all Federal, State and Local codes and ordinances and the Contractor must comply with all E-Verify requirements and insurance requirements contained herein. Contractor will be responsible for all labor, management, materials, tools and equipment sufficient to provide a fully operational HVAC system(s) as required. Owner approved shop drawings will be required
