21-6588 - Heating and Air Conditioning Systems: Total Maintenance and Repair Contract

Cobb County (“County” or “Owner”) is soliciting bids from qualified vendors (“Vendor” or “Contractor”) to provide an annual contract for full routine and preventive maintenance of all heating, air conditioning and ventilation, and related controls equipment for Cobb County Government facilities included in the attached schedules. Contract shall also include full repair and replacement of same on both a routine and emergency schedules as required in the specifications and special conditions of this bid (aka “Total Maintenance and Repair”).
