Description

This project consists of two separate sets of drawings for paving improvements at the following Cobb PARKS facilities:

Oregon Park - 145 Old Hamilton Road, Marietta, GA 30064 (Field 8)

Project Description: Oregon Park Lower Ball Field/Court – Parking and Access Improvement Plan. Provide paved parking & sidewalk access to the baseball field and tennis/pickleball courts, as well as to add a restroom facility to this portion of the park. Additionally, this project includes the construction of two new pickleball courts.

B. Swingtime – 135 Old Hamilton Road, Marietta, GA 30064
Project Description: Swingtime Access Road. Construct an access road to the Swingtime facility on Old Hamilton Road, a concrete sidewalk, and additional parking.

Green Meadows Preserve – 3780 Dallas Highway, Marietta, GA 30064
Project Description: Construct additional parking along park entrance road.
(Entrance off Old Hamilton Road – Included in the Swingtime project.)
