Each motorcycle shall be fully serviced and have a full fuel tank upon delivery. The following manuals shall be included with the motorcycles upon delivery: one (1) each Electrical Diagnosis Manual, one (1) each Touring Model Service Manual, one (1) each Police Model Parts Manual, FLT Model, one (1) each Police Service Manual Supplement, one (1) each Regular Touring Parts Manual and one (1) each Operators Manual.
