20-6498 - Purchase of Sheriff's Office Uniforms

The intent of the Sheriff’s Office is to have one vendor for all uniforms and equipment.  However, the bid may be split if it is determined to be in the best interest of the Sheriff’s Office and the County.  The Sheriff’s Office reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities, if any, and to accept the bid or bids which in the judgment of the Sheriff’s Office are in the best interest of Cobb County.
 
Quantities listed on the bid form are estimated and based solely upon the anticipated number of supplies to be purchased by the County. Cobb County is under no obligation to purchase any quantities listed. All prices included on the bid form shall include delivery. No additional delivery fees or surcharges of any kind will be permitted.
