23-6726 - RFP - Drive-thru Holiday Light Show

Cobb County PARKS (“County” or PARKS) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced vendors (“Contractor”) to provide, produce and manage a large holiday drive-thru light show at Jim Miller Park, 2245 Callaway Road Marietta, GA 30008.  The County envisions a drive-thru event approximately 1.5 to 2.5 miles long that is synchronized to music for citizens of Cobb County and other surrounding counties. The light show will run from the day after Thanksgiving through January 1 of the following year (New Year’s Day). The selected Contractor will be responsible for designing the light show and all purchases of materials and equipment for the light show. The Contractor will also be responsible for managing all areas of operations to include pre-event set-up, event days and post-event take down. There are also plans to have a Santa Village on site, in the Miller Park Event Center (indoors), but this will be created and staffed by the County.
