The Cobb County Police Department (CCPD or “County”) is interested in obtaining the services of a highly professional, qualified, full service false alarm solution firm to provide the majority of services related to the maintenance and customer service of our current false alarm reduction program. The County is seeking sealed proposals from interested and qualified firms (“Consultant” or “Contractor”) to perform this work.

Contractors must be able to clearly demonstrate the capability of handling the large volume of false alarm registration, billing, violation tracking, notices, and customer service required by the current and projected future CCPD program. Cobb County has a current population of over 760,000 residents and the contractor should have experience working with similar sized jurisdictions. Contractors must also be able to provide technology compatible with CCPD existing technology/platforms. The contractor must have a technology and customer service platform that provides real-time data to CCPD and customers.
