Description

As required by the Older Americans Act of 1964 as amended, In-Home Services are to be provided for the elderly. As the Community Based Agency (CBA) for Cobb County, Cobb County Senior Services (CSS) provides a vast array of services to the citizens of Cobb County. The In-Home Services Program (IHSP) is provided through a professional contract and successful bidders must adhere to conditions and specifications as listed in this RFP.

CSS shall be responsible for determining eligibility of clients and the type and amount of services needed. The successful bidder must be able to provide quality services to clients in all geographic locations within Cobb County. A demonstrated inability to provide services throughout the geographic boundary of Cobb County will be considered a material breach of contract and will entitle the County to terminate the contract.
