Cobb County, GA (herein “Lead Public Agency”) on behalf of itself and all states, local governments, school districts, and higher education institutions in the United States of America, and other government agencies and nonprofit organizations (herein “Participating Public Agencies”) is soliciting proposals from qualified suppliers to enter into a Master Agreement for a complete line of Tractors, Mowers, and Other Equipment, Parts, and Services (herein “Products and Services”). Each Supplier awarded an item under this solicitation may offer their complete product and service offering/a balance of line for Tractors, Mowers, and Other Equipment, Parts, and Services. Pricing for complete product offering/balance of line items will be determined by a percentage discount off the Supplier’s retail price list. The pricing percentage discount offered must be entered in a Complete Product Offering/Balance of Line section in the Supplier’s response to the Pricing section of the Proposal Evaluation Criteria Requirements. Although the below may reflect the needs and requirements of Cobb County, GA, OMNIA Partners Participating Public Agencies may have different requirements.
