Description

Cobb County is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for the leasing of new, unsused, digital multifunctional copiers that are of the latest design and technology and the most current product lines throughout the County. Supplies, excluding paper, shall be included in the service maintenance agreement.

The current copier leasing contract consists of approximately 317 copiers with the current contract expiring September 30, 2018. Savings have been realized as departments are utilizing available electronic features (scan, print, fax, email) instead of purchasing additional stand-alone desktop scanners, fax machines, and printers.
