Fulton County, Georgia (“County”) is seeking a vendor to provide 340B contract pharmacy services and outpatient prescriptions on behalf of the Fulton County Board of Health (FCBOH) to eligible patients. FCBOH intends to qualify and contract with one pharmacy.
Through the issuance of this Request for Proposal (“RFP” and/or “Proposals”), the County is soliciting Proposals from qualified Proposers to provide 340B contract pharmacy services and outpatient prescriptions.
