Fulton County, Georgia (“County”) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for a non-governmental, Community Based Organization (CBO) experienced in implementing health communication strategies in underserved communities to form, lead and facilitate a Community Coalition Board (CCB). The CCB is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing and outreach strategy that uses culturally responsive community health and behavioral health literacy strategies to advance Healthy People 2030 objectives HC/HIT-01, HC/HIT-02, HC/HIT-03. The CCB will assist with the improvement of adherence to COVID-19 public health practices with high-risk and underserved racial and ethnic minority populations in Fulton County.  The CCB will develop strategies that reach the underserved populations, assist in the design and implementation of a HUB website with a culturally competent perspective, and provide feedback and user experience services on the HUB development.
