Fulton County, Georgia (“County”) is soliciting for competitive sealed proposals from qualified consultants for the preparation of the County’s annual Cost Allocation Plan on a Multi-year contract for the Department of Finance. Through the issuance of this Request for Proposal (“RFP” and/or “Proposals”), the County is soliciting Proposals from qualified Proposers for the cost of the annual Cost Allocation Plan of Fulton County, Georgia as further described within Section 3. Proposals provided in response to this RFP that comply with the submittal requirements set forth in Section 4.0, including all forms and certifications, will be evaluated in accordance with the criteria and procedures described in Section 5.0.
