22RFP038A-CJC - Fulton County Behavioral Health Network

Through the issuance of this Request for Proposal (“RFP” and/or “Proposals”), the County is soliciting Proposals from qualified Proposers for the delivery of behavioral health services. More specifically, Fulton County, Georgia (“County”) is soliciting Proposals from qualified Proposers to enter into a contractual agreement to help the County drive towards its purpose: to increase access to behavioral health services, establish a County-wide provider network, and strengthen the experience of clients seeking behavioral health services from Fulton County. In addition to proposers serving general populations, Fulton County seeks Proposers invested in achieving positive outcomes amongst special populations, including individuals who are unsheltered, Veterans, justice-involved, incarcerated, and youth. As a part of achieving this purpose, the County expects Proposers toprovide highly coordinated and person-centered services across a continuum of care, understand emerging needs, increase services where they are particularly needed and impactful, deliver high-quality care, and improve quality oflife for Fulton County residents with behavioral health needs. The County seeks Proposers who can demonstrate positive outcomes in the near term and align with the County’s long-term strategic roadmap for behavioral health.
