Noble Truth Project, Inc. is a community-based program that teaches personal development and entrepreneurial skills. During the first six weeks of the program, youth will receive Botvin evidence-based services. Botvin Life-skills Transitions (BLST) is a highly interactive, skills-based curriculum that promotes positive mental health and personal development. This program helps young adults navigate the transition into the workforce and higher education. BLST transitions help participants achieve competency in the skills that not only are key to success but also have been found to reduce and prevent substance use and violence. After the 6-week program, youth have the opportunity to transition into the employment and entrepreneurship program where they can run their own Glacier Italian Ice cart and earn some of the proceeds. During the program, they will be involved in daily programming that teaches leadership and character-building skills designed to reduce recidivism.
