Fulton County, Georgia (“County”) is Fulton County, Georgia (“County”) is requesting proposals for the provision of In-Home Services for the Department of Senior Services. The objective of this procurement is to obtain the services of a qualified provider(s) to deliver homemaker, personal care, and respite services in the home of the service recipients, and in compliance with the State of Georgia Department of Human Services (DHS) Service Requirements. These requirements are found in the Home and Community Based Services Manual, Sections 208, 306, 308, and 310, which are provided in this RFQ as Appendix A, B, C, and D. The successful offeror(s) will be required to maintain compliance with these regulations throughout the term of the contract.
