The purpose of this Request for Proposal – Service (“RFP”) is to seek qualified proposers to provide an Urban Redevelopment Plan that conforms to the requirements of the Urban Redevelopment Act, OCGA 36-61; preparation of Opportunity Zone application package to the Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) for the designation of a single Georgia Opportunity Zone in accordance with Chapter 110-24-1 under the Rules and Regulations of the State of Georgia. The successful proposer will be responsible for providing all material, equipment and labor for the required Scope of Work.
