Bidding Process: The County is now accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified firms for Facilities Grounds Keeping and Lawn Maintenance Services (herein ‘Services’). Bids will be received by Hall County, Georgia in the Purchasing Department located on the 4th floor at the Hall County Government Center, 2875 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA 30504, Thursday, November 10th, 2022 until 2:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, Bids received after 2:00 pm EST will not be evaluated for an award.

Public Reading: All submitting firm’s proposals will be opened and publicly read at on the date, and at the address above. Any extension of the bidding period will be made by a formal written addendum and publically posted.

Proposal Documents: Proposal submittal documents may be obtained on the County’s Website link at http://www.hallcounty.org/Bids.aspx and choosing the ‘Doing Business’ header, then choosing the Bids & Proposals, menu option, then select the bid entitled ‘Facilities Grounds Keeping And Lawn Care Maintenance’, click on ‘Request a Bid Package’, then fill out the requested information, click ‘Submit’, and a bid package will be sent to you.
