RFP-PS-21-02 - Skatepark, Build Design

The City of Union City is seeking proposals from qualified skateboard park design-build firms or teams (Contractor) for the design and construction of a poured-in-place concrete skatepark. The proposed skate park will provide a safe, designated place for wheeled sport enthusiasts (skateboarders, BMX bike riders, in-line skaters, etc.) to develop their skills and enjoy the company of their peers. The skate park will be state of the art based on the latest skate park design principles and constructed with high quality materials to ensure durability and longevity. It should feature a mix of street and transitions style terrain with elements designed for all age groups and abilities.
