FB 20-057 - FB 20-057: BOI Economy Parking Lot Improvements and Apollo Street Parking Lot R4

The Economy Parking Lot Improvements project includes improving an existing gravel parking lot area and adding a new entrance off Victory Road to an existing parking lot.  The tasks include Excavation for the new entrance, minor storm water infiltration swale, curb, gutter, irrigation and landscaping and asphalt paving.  The improved area tasks include minor excavation and grading, concrete pad for the prefabricated bus shelter, curb, gutter, irrigation and landscaping, lighting and paving.
The Apollo Street Parking Lot project includes the demolition of the existing parking lot, CMU storage building, and construction of a new asphalt paved parking lot.  The major project demolition items consist of demolishing the existing CMU building, trash enclosure, landscaping, curb, gutter, sidewalk, and asphalt paving.  The new major items include new trash enclosure, concrete curb and gutter, asphalt paving, irrigation and landscape, and lighting.
