RFP 21-316 - RFP 21-316: Lander Street Engineering Services – Phase II

The Boise City Public Works Engineering Department is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide design services, permitting services, prepare construction documents, and provide assistance during construction to the Lander Street WWTF which must be upgraded in the next 7 to 10 years to meet NPDES permit requirements and to begin replacing aging equipment and structures. Facilities that are anticipated to be part of this project are site improvements and supporting infrastructure, pump stations, primary sedimentation facilities, activated sludge system improvements, secondary sedimentation facilities and phosphorus removal unit processes which may include chemical precipitation and filtration. Under a separate RFP the City anticipates retaining a Construction Management/General Contracting firm to provide preconstruction services as well as to oversee construction of the facilities.
