Description

The purpose of this RFQ is to pre-qualify vendors to then submit a proposal for a Procure to Pay Solution (P2P). The City intends to look for the best fit system solution that meets the listed functionality and technical requirements and to find the best qualified organization with a quality resource team.

The City will evaluate the submitted qualifications and then, only allow highly qualified vendors to continue. Next steps after initial selection may include (but not limited to) Web-demos, on-site demos and customer visits. Based upon this information, vendors may be excluded from the follow up RFP process.

The resulting RFP (Request for Proposal) will provide vendors with the relevant operational, performance, application, and architectural requirements of the system. The successful vendor will undertake a comprehensive approach that includes analysis of current City environment / applications and will recommend a proposal to provide a solution to the City of Boise that can grow in the future as technology evolves and customer expectations change.
