Additional Bidding Instructions

Bid shall include make, model and year of proposed equipment. Pricing must include 24 hour 7 days per week service availability. Emergency site service within 4 hours of service call is required. If the equipment is not usable during a time of need, the hourly charge will be billed back to the supplier and any extra costs sustained by GRAA due to the equipment failure. Bids will be broken down to base rental with hour allowances per month that are cumulative for duration of rental. Per hour rates over and above the allowance hours must be included in bid. Allowed hours per month must be able to be cumulatively added together for the entire season to achieve total before the overage amount is applied.
