Additional Bidding Instructions

Bidders should list the cost per week, month or bi-month for lawn mowing maintenance service on the lines provided next to each location. The first year mowing will start about May 1 and ending through October 31 for calendar year 2023.

Bidders are asked to submit their best and lowest price on the locations. Bidders may bid on any and all areas; however, all locations within each area must be bid. For example, all locations, Exhibits 7 & 8 in Part A, must be bid for a weekly bid total. Exhibits within each mowing area cannot be bid separately. The maximum number of locations awarded to one bidder shall be predetermined by the Authority.

The attached Excel Spreadsheet must be used to submit your bid.
