A bidders site visit will be conducted on Friday, March 20th at 10:00 a.m. Attendees will meet with representatives from the Design Consultant and Construction Manager at the Scandroli Site trailer. It is the responsibility of all bidders to be aware of existing conditions and take those into account when preparing their bid.

Sealed bids must be submitted no later than 2:00PM CDT on Monday, March 30, 2020 to the Greater Rockford Airport Authority, 60 Airport Drive, IL 61109 in an envelope marked with the Work of your trade and labeled, “RFD Terminal Expansion – Phase 4 / Bid Release 4-01 / Package No 01 through 04. Any bid received after the submittal deadline will be declined. Electronic bids will not be accepted.
