One (1) sealed proposal from each prospective Bidder will be received by the CHICAGO ROCKFORD INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT at 60 Airport Drive, Rockford, IL 61109 until 10:00 AM local time on Friday, July 15th for the construction of RUNWAY 7/25 SOUTH PARALLEL TAXIWAY P (PHASE 1) at which time bids will be publicly opened and read. Faxed proposals will not be accepted. Electronic bids will not be accepted. Sealed bids must be submitted in an envelope marked: Bid for RUNWAY 7/25 SOUTH PARALLEL TAXIWAY P (PHASE 1); BID NO: ITB #22-03; IL PROJECT: RFD-XXXX; AIP PROJECT: 3-17-0088-XX.
