1. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 6028 Cessna Drive, Rockford, Illinois on
March 15, 2021 at 8:30 am.
2. Removal of the USTs will be subcontracted through SMA.
3. The subcontractor shall be certified to conduct UST removal in the State of Illinois, and
all work must be conducted in compliance with the Illinois Underground Storage Tank
Regulations under, but not limited to, the Illinois Administrative Code and all applicable
Federal, State, and local statutes, codes, regulations and ordinances;
