Additional Bidding Instructions

The price quoted for each item is the full purchase price, including delivery to destination, and includes all transportation and handling charges, premiums on bonds, material or service costs, patent royalties and all other overhead charges of every kind and nature. Unless otherwise specified, prices shall remain firm for the contract period.

Contract Period: One year from November 01, 2021 through October 31, 2022. Contract purchase for the contract period shall be based upon a quantity of 1,440 wafers and 1,440 spacers. However, the flexibility of requesting/purchasing more or less quantities, depending on weather conditions, shall be at the fixed contract price per unit.
